Event Date Guarantee

When an event date is entered in the checkout process we will insure that your order is not delivered after your event. If the event date is too soon for ground shipping PartyMart will contact the customer with alternate UPS service levels. Only guaranteed or confirmed orders are shipped when the event date is entered. Orders are typically shipped within 2 business days. A confirmation email is sent when orders are shipped.

Rush Orders

All online order will be shipped with UPS Ground. For rush delivery please phone in your order. To ship orders on your shipping account please phone in your order.

Pick-Up Orders

All orders are available for pick-up at our Montreal location. Pick-up orders must be placed over the phone or through fax. A representative will call you when your order is ready. This is usually takes 1 – 2 business days.

Canada bound shipment Info

All Canada bound shipments are subject to applicable GST or HST charges. Orders shipped in the province of Quebec are subject to both GST and PST taxes. There are no import, customs, duties or brokerage charges.
